For 3 of the above titles, I had a marketing team supporting me, but for the most part, I was responsible for all planning, layout, graphic design, illustration, image sourcing, some copywriting, editing and soft proofing — barring a few exceptions. So all publishing functions were performed by myself. Most of these were published as titles over a long period, I have many months and years worth of examples. For interest sake, Kruisgenoot was my first book layout and publishing project.
