Landscapes

Long winding roads and rivers into the distance, horses grazing in a field, or maybe the stark contrast of a power station in the background with the foreground proudly showing off a field of wild Cosmos flowers — pitting man and nature at opposite ends of the story.

Stage & Arts

Rock shows, school concerts, or even monologues in a play for the stage. There is a simple but powerful beauty when capturing an artist expressing themselves, their passion, their souls.

Commercial Industrial

People make things, they serve each other — for the love of it or for a profit. For the most part, if they make their ends meet with this activity, they want to advertise and market it, they want to tell their story and engage their patrons to participate, to spend themselves, have them take part in the offering.

Sport and adventure

Passion, skill and effort to master their game is what drives sport and adventure athletes and enthusiasts. Capturing that passion, focus and pleasure from the activity is my job, my passion and my focus.

“You don’t make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.”

Photography for me? Capturing the human spirit and God’s hand. Tracing man in his environment, enjoying his places and spaces — creation — earth. Loving his people and things, warring his enemies, selling his goods. Human… living life’s moments…

In this section, you will find a selection of photographs from my lens. Some private works, some commercial. But then, if you believe and subscribe to the master’s quote as I do, then all from my lens are private, to some extent…
